03.Service Eligibility
You must be a legally recognized entity or an individual of at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement with AD Info Technology. Our services are primarily designed for commercial, industrial, and residential security applications.
04.User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information for installations.
- Ensuring stable power supply and network connectivity where required.
- Maintaining physical security of the installed hardware.
- Designating authorized personnel for system management.
05.Account & Access
Administrative credentials provided for software interfaces are confidential. The client is solely responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts. We recommend regular password updates and the use of multi-factor authentication where available.
06.Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud-connected platforms, AD Info Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, or external network issues beyond our control.
07.Software Usage
Legal Notice: Licensed, Not Sold
All proprietary software provided by AD Info Technology is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely in conjunction with our hardware. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.
08.Hardware Systems Usage
Hardware components are subject to specific manufacturer warranties. Tampering with internal components or unauthorized repairs will void all warranties provided by AD Info Technology.
09.Service Agreements & AMC
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover routine check-ups and specific labor costs. Material costs and spare parts are charged separately unless explicitly stated in the signed agreement.
10.Payments & Billing
Payment terms are defined in individual quotations or work orders. Delay in payments beyond 30 days may result in suspension of support services or cloud platform access.
11.Support & Maintenance
Standard support is available during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Critical infrastructure support is available 24/7 for clients under premium maintenance tiers.
12.Service Modifications
AD Info Technology reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD Info Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access to physical premises.
14.Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled, and access to proprietary software will be revoked.
15.Privacy & Data Handling
Data collected by our systems (biometrics, footage, logs) is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
16.Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AD Info Technology is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
