04.User Responsibilities
When requesting a quote or creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or during the installation of security systems at your premises.
05.Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to logos, UI designs, system architecture diagrams, and software code are the exclusive property of AD Info Technology. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
06.Software Licensing
Any software provided as part of our security solutions is licensed, not sold. Licensees shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Install the software on more devices than permitted by the specifics of the service agreement.
- Bypass any security measures or usage tracking implemented within the software.
07.Orders & Payments
Service pricing is determined via formal quotation. Payment terms are typically 50% advance for hardware procurement and 50% upon successful installation and testing, unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
08.Service Limitations
While we strive for 100% uptime on our cloud monitoring services, maintenance windows and unforeseen network issues may occur. Support availability is provided during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST) unless an 24/7 Enterprise Support plan is active.
09.Warranty & Liability
Hardware products carry standard manufacturer warranties. AD Info Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our security solutions, including but not limited to data loss or security breaches outside of our direct control.
